Who we are
We are an international business consultancy specialising in human rights. We believe in a world where business gets done with respect for people’s dignity and we work with you to enable that to happen. We help businesses, large and small, from Aotearoa New Zealand to respect people’s dignity in business operations and value chains anywhere.
We provide practical and strategic advice on how to incorporate respect for human rights into day-to-day operations and along the entire value chain. This includes human rights due diligence, risk assessment, policy development and implementation, monitoring and reporting.
We have authentic experience of running businesses of the type we advise. By business we mean all enterprises, “for profit” and “not for profit” that employ or trade with people.
Our experience is primarily Pacific and Asia-centric and our extensive global networks expand our reach and augment our New Zealand values.
What we do
Our solutions ensure that businesses conduct themselves in line with relevant due diligence laws, and international business sector standards.
Our aim is to ensure that our clients understand and can maintain their human rights obligations without ongoing support from us. We work to embed human rights into “business as usual.”
If a human rights issue requires a deep dive, we have the expertise and experience to do that. If our clients want ongoing, high-level advisory support, we can tailor solutions to meet their needs, drawing both on our own expertise or from our wider network. Equally we are experienced at operating at a strategic level, including working with multiple participants across a sector, and providing advice and training at a Governance level. We tailor our solutions to the needs, size, and complexity of the business.

Human Rights
We help you identify the key human rights risks in your business. Our approach looks across the entire business and includes relevant markets, products, and supply chains. We assess impact on rights-holders through on-the-ground research and data, tailored assessment frameworks and provide roadmaps for risk mitigation.
Sports Hub
We help sports sponsors or partners and/or sport rights holders to establish risk management systems to screen potential sponsors, partners, or sports rights holders for human rights risks.
